This is the story of Moses meeting God through burning bush.
Moses was tending the flock of Jethro in the wilderness near Mount Horab.
Suddenly, Moses saw a bush that was on fire but was not burning up.
Curious, he approached to see this strange sight from the bush.
Then, God called out to Moses.
God instructed Moses to take off his sandals for the place where he was standing was holy ground. God revealed to Moses that he had seen the suffering of his people in Egypt and had come to deliver them.
God commanded Moses to go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt.
Moses his ability fearing that the Israelites in Egypt would not believe him.
God promised to be with Moses and gave him signs to prove that he was sent by God. God turned Moses staff into a snake and back into a staff. God also showed Moses how his hand would become leprous and then be healed.
Moses finally accepted his mission to lead the Israelites to freedom. Moses began his journey to Egypt setting the stage for the liberation of Israelites.
